Open the battery compartment. Look for a small white sticker or examine the mainboard by removing the four rear screws. Never flash firmware intended for a different PCB version – it will hard-brick the device.
Insert the microSD card into your PC. Format it to FAT32 . Do not use exFAT or NTFS, as the bootloader cannot read them.
